Shoreham Opportunities for Learning Differences (SOLD) is a charity shop that acts as work experience for individuals with learning differences. We help them gain essential work and life skills; with the aim of moving into paid employment.
Aiming for Zero Waste
We accept donations of all kinds and nothing is thrown away.
Did you know? The majority of charity shops throw away a huge majority of their donations. We are always so grateful for items to come to us instead of ending up in landfill like millions and millions of other clothes and belongings.
We reuse items in many ways around the shop and anything we cannot use gets recycled.
We're all about Community!
SOLD is based on the high street of Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex. We are active members of the community and love to participate in any and all community events! You’ll often see us with our famous pop-up £1 stall or as part of the event itself!
We we always post updates for events on our Social Media as well as follow up pictures for you all to see.

Supporting Talent
All of our trainees have their own talents, and we love to support them and help them grow their skills in what they are passionate about. Many of our trainees are talented artists!
In May 2022 we launched our line of products designed by our trainees. These products include t-shirts, cushions, mugs, cards, and prints.
Weird & Wonderful Windows!
Here in Shoreham we are famous for our creative window displays. Our displays are always themed, ranging from Dinosaurs to Pride to Saving the Ocean, and so much more!
